Essential oils for healthy homes workshops

Join Zara D’Cotta at one of her regular workshops (held monthly in Sydney in Melbourne, and towns and cities in Australian & New Zealand from Feb to May 2019) to learn how to create a healthier home environment and support your physical and emotional wellbeing using the most potent and powerful plant extracts on the planet.

Eighty to 90% of chemicals in commercial use today have never been tested for their impact on human health and there is mounting evidence that they are harming our physiology.

Toxins in our home can trigger a myriad of health issues, from the common cold, childhood allergies, asthma and behavioural disorders, to chronic health issues like cancer.

This is something Zara learned about first-hand after going through two different types of cancer. Now she’s on a mission to share what she’s learned and empower 1 million people to take steps towards a healthier home.

Zara will show you how you can use essential oils to support your physical and emotional wellbeing and a healthier home environment, while you enjoy essential oil infused treats.

In this class you will learn:
+ What essential oils are
+ What are the most important ones every household needs
+ How to safely use essential oils
+ How to support a chemical free household, make natural beauty products and gifts for those you love.
+ Why the quality of the oils you use is important

Essential oils can:
+ improve immunity
+ support emotional wellbeing
+ promote deep and restful sleep
+ improve digestive health
