Perched on a vacant lot in the quaint seaside town of Barwon Heads is a cute little retro wooden caravan serving up 100% organic raw superfood smoothies, desserts and salads all summer long.

Natural Harry was the realisation of a pipe dream for Harriet (Harry) Birrell, a certified holistic health coach and her partner, Fraser West, a carpenter with a passion for sustainable design, who built the caravan himself.

There’s a delicious range of smoothies including berry nice day, cacao bunger and the green warrior; as well as a weekly rotating salad – either raw zucchini noodles with pesto and avocado, or raw pad thai.  And then there’s Harry’s lovingly made raw dessert treats which look far too good to resist.

Harry wanted to offer good quality, nourishing food and support local organic
farmers in a relaxed atmosphere.  She’s nailed it.  Once you pull up a pew on the bean bags and soak up the summer vibe you’ll be so content you’ll find it hard to leave.

Be sure to pop in and see Harry and Fraser if you’re in need of a health food hit this summer.
